In your e-mail please include all information that is required on the paper entry form.

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your e-mail within 24 hours.
If you don't receive confirmation within this time please resubmit your entry information.

Even though you can send your entry in by e-mail you will still have to mail to Dina Dormer your check
and a copy of your USMS registration card.  Dina Dormer's address appears on the paper entry form.

The on-line registration form will work with any web browser except America Online web browser.  When you submit
your entry form online you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.  If you don't receive a confirmation within 48 hours
please resubmit your entry.
